What is an ABP code?

Registered e-Business members are assigned a unique ID number, which is called, the Active Business Party (ABP) code. This number is used for all online dealings and helps in maintaining accurate records of the transactions performed by the members. With the help of the ABP code, members can review, modify or delete any offers posted by them.

How does the Logistics section in the e-Business zone work?

The Surplus-Stock Clearance section is tailored for consumers of refractory materials. Industries like the Iron & Steel, Glass and Aluminum etc. can post their surplus stocks of refractories for sale at competitive prices for the other members of the e-Business Zone to buy. Under what circumstances can my membership be terminated?

Worldrefractories.com reserves the right to terminate your e-Business membership under the following circumstances:

Non-Compliance with the terms and conditions and the disclaimer, and/or
Refusal of payment of the stipulated service charges for e-Business services, and/or
Indulgence in any kind of fraud or unethical business practices.
The members themselves can also terminate membership voluntarily, in which case their accounts will be deactivated immediately. Upon such termination, any business offers placed by you will be automatically cancelled, but you will still be directly liable to the parties for accepted deals to/from you. In addition, you will not be refunded any amount towards the fee, upon termination of membership.

What are the direct implications of terminating an e-Business account voluntarily?
