Problems logging in or Having Problems with the Shopping Cart?

If your system logs you off directly after you login, displaying an error message saying that your login session has expired

If you have problems with the shopping cart, you can do one of the following:

If you are using Internet Explorer 6 (To check the version just go to Help à About Internet Explorer), you can correct it by enabling your browser to accept cookies. You can do this by clicking on Tools à Internet Options à Privacy as shown below.

Now click the “Advanced” Button. Make sure that the check boxes for “Override automatic cookie handling” and “Always allow session cookies” are checked. This is what the window should look like:
